To make the treatments as effective as possible, we give you a few tips – here they are:

3 Eat a nutritious breakfast – it’s a boost of energy for the whole day; remember that starving yourself slows down your metabolism. Want to lose weight? Eat! Each of us is different, so the perfect breakfast will mean something different for each of us. Here are some suggestions:

BOMB SANDWICHES
– 2 slices of sourdough rye bread
– ¼ avocado
– rocket
– boiled turkey
– paprika
– radish sprouts
Spread the bread with fork-mashed avocado, add arugula, turkey slices, sliced peppers and sprouts. Such a breakfast has a low glycemic index, provides plenty of antioxidants, vitamin C, B vitamins, as well as protein and healthy fats.

 

GRAZED OATMEAL
– oatmeal 4-5 tablespoons
– handful of raspberries and blueberries
– almond flakes 1 tbsp
– Brazil nuts 2 pieces
– almond milk
Pour boiling water over oatmeal, after 2-3 minutes add almond milk, chopped nuts and almonds and fruit, sprinkle with cinnamon. This breakfast, which will be ideal for gluttons, is a great legal sweet that will provide all the necessary nutrients to the body, and it will be an ideal option for those who are intolerant to dairy and gluten (as long as the cereal is gluten-free).

 

OMELETTE A MIRACLE, HONEY A RASPBERRY
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons of millet flour
– 1 tbsp coconut shavings
– 2 handfuls of raspberries
– 1/2 teaspoon of liquid honey
– coconut oil
Whisk the egg whites into a froth. Whisk the egg yolks with the flour. Combine the egg yolks with the egg white foam and chips – the less movement with a spoon, the fluffier the omelet will be. Fry in coconut oil. Serve with raspberries drizzled with honey. This omelet is a gluten-free breakfast that is a rich source of vitamin C, protein, B vitamins, antioxidants, minerals.

 

GREEN SCRAMBLED EGGS
– 3 eggs
– zucchini
– spring onions with chives
– clarified butter
– yellow bell pepper
– ¼ avocado
In clarified butter simmer chopped spring onions and zucchini, add eggs. Serve with sliced avocado and bell peppers. This protein and fat breakfast is very rich in vitamins and minerals, and a serving of protein and healthy fats.

 

4. take alternate showers – it will stimulate the flow of body fluids and crank up the metabolism.

5. when you wash the dishes – STEP ON THE STONES! Pour oval pebbles into the cake mold and trample them for a few minutes – this will stimulate the energy points on your feet and strengthen the functioning of your internal organs 🙂

6 Make sure your diet is rich in protein, low glycemic index carbohydrates and healthy fats. Only a complete diet will help you burn fat in a healthy way. Supplement your diet with colorful foods – the more colors on your plate, the more various antioxidants in your diet. When creating vegetable and fruit compositions, pattern yourself after the rainbow! This is a surefire way to have a varied menu.

7 Ensure proper hydration. Drink at least 1 glass (250ml) of water for every 10 kilograms of your body weight. Remember that coffee, green and black tea are not recommended when taking care of proper hydration. If you want to replace water with something, reach for fruit teas (without black or green in the formulation), rooibos, herbal teas or add fruit to your water – frozen pineapple cubes with mint or cucumber, melon and lime slices, for example, work great.

8. take care of movement – did you know that 10,000 steps is moderate physical activity? Let your smartphone become your personal trainer 🙂 – turn on the pedometer.
