What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember language, session and consent, but are also used for statistics and ads. Browser storage (localStorage) works in a similar way, so we describe it here together with cookies.
Under the GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej) of 12 July 2024, we need your explicit consent to store information on your device or read it, except where this is strictly necessary for the website to work.

Categories of cookies
- Necessary - required for the site to work (session, remembering consent, shop cart, form protection). No consent required.
- Analytics - help us understand how you use the site (visits, popular pages, time on page). Aggregated statistics. Consent required.
- Functional - allow embedded third-party content (Booksy calendar, map, videos). They load only when you use them: the calendar on the booking page, the map and videos after a click.
- Marketing - used for remarketing and targeted advertising. We currently use none (Meta Pixel is switched off). If we turn them on, we will ask for a separate consent on the banner.
Your rights and consent
You give consent to cookies on the banner shown on your first visit: the “Accept”, “Reject” and “Settings” buttons are equal. You can withdraw or change it at any time - click (the same button is in the footer of every page), or change your browser settings. When you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of data collected via cookies. Details in our privacy policy.

Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site (login, cart, consent banner).
Third parties
We use external providers that may set their own cookies:
- Google LLC - Google Analytics 4 (only after analytics consent), Google Maps (after clicking “Show map”), YouTube (after clicking “Play”). Google privacy policy.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - Facebook videos on the Media page (after clicking “Play”). Meta Pixel is currently switched off. Meta privacy policy.
- Booksy International Sp. z o.o. - online booking in a frame on the booking page. Booksy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. - Turnstile, an additional form check (only when it runs). Cloudflare policy.
- Zenbox Sp. z o.o. - hosting and mail server. Zenbox policy.
Policy updates
The cookie policy may change as we add new website features or providers. We will announce any significant changes on the cookie banner. The current version is always here. Last update: October 2, 2026.
