Beauty or beauty is a relative term, however, there is something that we agree on 99.9% – to be beautiful, you have to be healthy! In the sense, of course, of perfect and well-groomed skin or body.

So get to know the HEALTH PIRAMID:

  1. Contemplation – NO STRESS
  2. Breathing
  3. Fluid intake – WATER
  4. Diet
  5. Micro-nutrition
  6. Physical activity
  7. Aesthetic medicine

Do you know what the chronic version of STRESS can lead to?

If we often get into emotional outbursts, panic or anger – this causes the release of
norepinephrine and cortisol. This in turn leads to preparation of the body for possible injury –
that is, production of inflammatory factors.

The end result is an influx of macrophages into „falsely inflamed” areas! Which equals damage to the endocrine glands, tumors, „inflamed” intestines, and the end result of a lower immune system!

Therefore, when you hear „You should be less nervous” – take these words to heart – we have one life and one health 🙂

The second important element that we hear about very often – whether in the doctor’s office or from specialists in the beauty and wellness industry is WATER – or more specifically, the proper supply of it to the body.

Why is this topic so important?

Water is a common solvent of body compounds and an essential food supplement for all known organisms. It makes up an average of 70% of an adult’s weight, and about 15% more for a newborn.

Features:

  • Transport of nutrients (e.g., carrying proteins to build muscle)
  • oxygen distribution
  • Dissolving food, absorbing food from the intestines and nourishing cells
  • removal of harmful metabolic products, toxins through – blood, lungs (co2, h2o), urine and skin
  • Active participation in biochemical reactions
  • key role in temperature regulation
  • wetting of mucous membranes, joints, eyeballs
  • conditioning of cell firmness
  • intestinal hydration
  • speeding up skin recovery speeding up metabolism (by hydrating the body in the right way, you can speed up metabolism by 2%). In addition, drinking water cooler – the body uses energy to heat it up.

Curiosity #1.

On average, an adult person loses about 2.5 liters of water per day (this depends on: temperature-weather, environmental hydration, physical activity, age or gender), hence the recommendation to drink a minimum of 2l to even 5l per day and about 1l of water from food.

Curiosity #2.

Replenish water during TRAINING – a general rule is to take 250 ml of water for every 15 minutes of exercise to replenish lost fluids. Carbonated water works best then – which ensures faster excretion of toxins through its carbon dioxide content. Drink calmly, every so often – in small sips.

What if inflammation is already smoldering in our body? An increasingly common condition is insulin resistance!

It is a condition of decreased sensitivity of the body to insulin, despite normal or elevated levels of insulin in the blood. When the body responds too poorly to normal amounts of insulin, it begins to produce the hormone in ever-increasing amounts, which can lead to the development of many diseases,
including cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. The sugar remains outside the cell and combines with proteins to form glycolated AGE particles.

Insulin resistance can have a genetic basis, such as when the body produces a hormone with an abnormal structure (known as mutant insulin syndrome). Decreased insulin sensitivity can also result from an excess of hormones that act in opposition to insulin, such as:

  • cortisol (Cushing’s syndrome)
  • glucagon
  • growth hormone (acromegaly)
  • Thyroid hormones (hyperthyroidism)
  • parathormone (primary hyperparathyroidism)
  • androgens

However, the greatest risk of developing insulin resistance is in people struggling with overweight and obesity, because TK makes their bodies the most resistant to the effects of insulin. TK secretes hormonal substances that oppose or inhibit the effects of insulin, as well as by directly secreting so-called PACs into the blood. In their excess, the body begins to use them as an energy source instead of glucose. As a result, glucose is not burned in the tissues, and its level in the blood rises. Then the body, to maintain normal blood sugar levels, increases the secretion of insulin.

Insulin resistance – the hidden enemy

Perpetually elevated insulin levels lead to stress on the pancreas and its „exhaustion” – it will stop producing insulin.

To make sure your body is functioning properly, you should perform tests such as:

  • fasting sugar level (below 90)
  • Do a sugar curve after a 75 gr glucose load
  • check Vit D3, iron, selenium levels
  • can additionally: glycosylated hemoglobin (normal less than 5%)

So what affects the development and inhibition of inflammation in the body?

ZAOSTS:

  • Traditional Western diet
  • Simple sugars, white flour
  • Oils: corn, sunflower, soybean and Milk and dairy – non eco
  • Stress, anger and depression
  • Less than 20 minutes of activity per day
  • Cigarettes, atmospheric pollution, etc.
  • Failure to consume the RESPONSIBLE amount of water!

LATER:

  • Mediterranean diet, Indian diet, Asian cuisine
  • Complex sugars, whole grain flour
  • Olive oil, linseed oil, canola oil
  • Oily fish – lots of Omega 3
  • Dairy from grass-fed and unprocessed cattle milk
  • Laughter, serenity, inner harmony
  • 50 min of exercise 3 times a week and daily moderate activity (walking, trotting, cycling)
  • Clean environment

IMPORTANT REPORTS

To help buffer blood systems, minerals are released from the bones. Acids are
neutralized, but we pay for it with the slow development of… osteoporosis. The structure of
cartilaginous tissue is disturbed and, as a result, the risk of joint degeneration increases. And as a result of an increase in the concentration of
uric acid, gout (gout) appears, a disease manifested by severe joint pain.

The consequences of latent acidosis are also sometimes diabetes, hypertension, impaired
kidney function and the development of nephrolithiasis, abnormalities in the functioning of the immune system.

Acid-base imbalances are often accompanied by hunger attacks, feelings of fatigue,
apathy, skin deterioration, increased hair loss, brittle nails, excessive
sweating. They can also be suspected in people who suffer from headaches, joint or muscle pain.

  • Aging – this process is present in every layer of our skin
  • Rejuvenation – we are able to induce it from the lowest to superficial layers of the skin, with treatments such as:
  1. Massage
  2. Muscle stimulation versus muscle blocking (Botox)
  3. HIFU
  4. RF, laser, deep mesotherapy, Sculptra, implanted hyaluronic acid, microneedling, redinoids, acids, cosmeceuticals, microneedling, peels, occlusive compounds, oils, emollients, etc.
