What is the procedure?

Temperature variability activates the production of two key hormones:

Irisin - an exercise hormone that supports the transformation of white fat into brown fat, improves insulin sensitivity, inhibits cholesterol synthesis and supports bone mineralization.

FGF21 - a hormone produced by the liver that increases fat burning, reduces the appetite for sweets and alcohol, and regulates the level of lipids and sugar in the blood.

It is these biological reactions are behind the effectiveness of the treatment.
