Book a visitCarboxytherapy – carbon dioxide therapy
Intradermal application of medical carbon dioxide improving microcirculation and tissue oxygenation. It has lipolytic, regenerative and stimulating properties.

What is the procedure?
Carboxytherapy is a treatment involving the intradermal or subcutaneous application of medical carbon dioxide (CO₂) using a very thin needle. The introduced gas dilates blood vessels, improves microcirculation and tissue oxygenation, and also stimulates tissue metabolism by inducing the so-called Bohr effect. Depending on the indication, the treatment has lipolytic, regenerative, anti-swelling or stimulating effects. The technology of the device we use at the Face and Body Institute ensures precise control of the amount, pressure and temperature of the gas, which affects the effectiveness and safety of the therapy. The treatment can be performed on the face, body and scalp.
