With increased, worrisome hair loss, an initial consultation with a specialist is very important. The most important thing in all this, however, is to make a proper diagnosis – often in order to confirm or exclude certain conditions that may affect increased hair loss, baldness, it will be necessary to perform appropriate tests. Most often, these are those from the blood – we are able to exclude, for example, hormonal disorders, disorders in the level of electrolytes – iron deficiency, very strongly affecting the progress of hair loss. A trichologist is not a doctor – he can direct the patient as much as possible on what is worth checking, often, in addition to blood tests, a swab from the affected area is needed. This is what we are here for – to send a person to a particular specialist, be it a gynecologist, endocrinologist or, most often, a dermatologist – only such cooperation makes sense, treating the patient holistically.
Equipment, methods, types of preparations that are supposed to help us get rid of a given problem are millions on our market – more and more of them are appearing every month. In the course of checking the effectiveness of the relevant ones, we were able to isolate these PEREALS .
