Until recently, the topic of hair care was practically non-existent. Help was sought only by people who were struggling with a specific problem, such as hair loss, baldness or dandruff. Fortunately, the term „TRYCHOLOGY” is becoming less mysterious every year and even every month. It is the science of broadly defined scalp and hair care. Very often the trichologist stands between the patient and the doctor because many hair problems begin in the body.

Today I’m going to show you my three ways to care for your scalp and hair 🙂
✔ PROPER HAIR WASHING.

Although it seems to be a trivial and obvious matter – nothing could be further from the truth! Remember some very important elements: WE ALWAYS WASH YOUR HEAD SKIN AND HAIR IN THE PHYSICAL POSITION, that is, in an upright position – head slightly tilted back.
Otherwise, the hair will fall in the direction opposite to the direction of hair growth, which in extreme cases can cause increased hair loss.
Wash your hair whenever you need to – don’t be afraid to wash your hair even every day if that’s what your hair requires. Remember that one of the causes of hair loss is excessive seborrhea.
IMPORTANT: Always select the shampoo for the scalp, while the conditioner for the hair.

✔ SUPPLEMENTS ON THE MARKET ARE MANY, BUT THOSE THAT PRODUCE RESULTS ARE FEW.
In our search for the best dietary supplements – affecting the proper well-being of hair, supplementing all the necessary vitamins and elements – we have identified two. We do not use supplements together, they work best when treatments are conducted separately. Usually it is best to use such supplementation for 3 months after which it is good to take a break, because our body gets used to certain substances and stops benefiting from them.
