- It helps to arrive without makeup or with enough time to remove it before assessment.
- If you have an active infection, are pregnant or recently took antibiotics, tell us before the visit.
- Some procedures require downtime, so we always talk through your schedule and upcoming events.
- If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable, we start with consultation rather than the procedure itself.
Rescheduling
We value both patient and team time, so we kindly ask for early notice if you need to change the appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient waiting for care.
Questions after treatment
If anything about aftercare or recovery feels unclear, contact us by phone or email. We would rather explain things right away than leave the patient without guidance.
