Fortunately, the term „TRYCHOLOGY” is becoming less mysterious every year and even every month. It is the science of broadly defined scalp and hair care. Very often the trichologist stands between the patient and the doctor because many hair problems begin in the body.

Today I’m going to show you my three ways to care for your scalp and hair 🙂

✔ PROPER HAIR WASHING.

Although it seems to be a trivial and obvious matter – nothing could be further from the truth! Remember some very important elements: WE ALWAYS WASH YOUR HEAD SKIN AND HAIR IN THE PHYSICAL POSITION, that is, in an upright position – head slightly tilted back.
Otherwise, the hair will fall in the direction opposite to the direction of hair growth, which in extreme cases can cause increased hair loss.
Wash your hair whenever you need to – don’t be afraid to wash your hair even every day if that’s what your hair requires. Remember that one of the causes of hair loss is excessive seborrhea.

IMPORTANT: Always select the shampoo for the scalp, while the conditioner for the hair.

✔ MASSAGE, THE BEST SKIN STIMULATION TO ENHANCE HAIR GROWTH.

It is true that massage has long been used to stimulate circulation for better oxygenation, nourishing the scalp and thus the hair.
The problem only begins when such stimulation is applied to skin with a tendency to seborrhea, i.e. excessive accumulation of sebum/sebum in the hair follicles. Keep in mind that the first cause of hair loss is excessive seborrhea. Stimulating the scalp, and thus the sebaceous glands located at the hair follicles with an intensive massage, leads to 3 times more and increased sebum production. I recommend scalp massage to people who struggle with a dry scalp, because in them it is desirable to stimulate the sebaceous glands.

✔ SUPPLEMENTS ON THE MARKET ARE MANY, BUT THOSE THAT PRODUCE RESULTS ARE FEW.

In our search for the best dietary supplements – affecting the proper well-being of hair, supplementing all the necessary vitamins and elements – we have identified two. The supplement „SOLGAR hair and nails” deserves high praise. It contains all the ingredients our body uses to rebuild collagen and keratin, the two most important components of our hair, skin and nails.

Each tablet contains:

  • MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 500 mg
  • Silicon (silica, red algae (L.cordlioides) powder) 75 mg
  • Vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid) 60 mg
  • L-Lysine (L-Lysine HCl) 25 mg.
  • L-Proline 25 mg
  • Zinc (zinc citrate) 7.5 mg
  • Copper (copper diglycinate) .1000 µg

What we have managed to notice is significant hair growth, very large amounts of so-called baby hair (new young hair), and also the scalp – probably through the action of MSM, an organic form of sulfur – has significantly stopped getting oily – it stays fresher longer. It is known that not in every case a good supplement will take care of the whole problem.
Diagnosis of the cause of the problem is key.

We do not use supplements together, they work best when treatments are conducted separately. Usually it is best to use such supplementation for 3 months after which it is good to take a break, because our body gets used to certain substances and stops benefiting from them.
