FBI agents have prepared for you a guide to the mandatory elements of body care during the vacations. Get to know part one 🙂

We know very well that despite relaxation, beautiful sights and rest, our skin very often returns from a trip in worse condition than it left. This is influenced by external factors such as excessive sun, wind, sand or other water. However, if you follow our advice, such a situation will not happen, or at least you will minimize this effect! 🙂

On vacation, the most important thing is PHOTOPROTECTION!

1 Remember that a well-chosen sunscreen will protect our skin from sunburn and other consequences: skin aging and hyperpigmentation. Let’s adjust photoprotection to our phototype. The lighter the skin – we use filters of 50 SPF, with a breakfast complexion we can start with 30 SPF. Let’s always start exotic vacations with high filters.

(2) When we are burdened with a tendency to spots and hyperpigmentation or we are concerned about the bright and delicate skin of our children we encourage the use of mineral filters, they are more cumbersome to apply but show a far more effective action and are better tolerated by the skin.

3. the amount of sunscreen applied to a given area of the skin is insanely important, for example: in order for a cream to show a photoprotection of 50 SPF on the face it should be applied about 1.5 ml. Let’s keep this in mind!

4 Applying sunscreen in the morning on a hot day is not enough. When urban life is involved, i.e. moving from home to work, let’s remember to apply the filter before going out. When we are on vacation and exposed to high temperatures and contact with water, let’s reapply the filter every time it clashes or runs off. This will ensure high photoprotection.

5. remember that the filters do not add up, when you use a cream with a sunscreen of 30 SPF and in addition a powder of 20 SPF, these products give you a photoprotection of 30 SPF.

6 Like all cosmetics, filters have an expiration date, usually 12 months after opening. However, we encourage seasonal consumption, especially since they are often with us at the beach and are exposed to very high temperatures.

7 Most important! No sunscreen gives us 100% protection, use umbrellas, hats and do not sunbathe for hours. Ebony fashion is gone 🙂

(1) If you lack space in your suitcase, give up the facial cleansing gel, take only intimate hygiene lotion, preferably the classic Lactacyd – it will also work well for gentle facial cleansing.

2. filter not only on the face and body! Remember to protect your hair from the sun’s rays as well. Special sprays with UV filters for hair will protect the hair from damage and protect the color, in addition, they will prevent burns to the bends and parting.

3. lubricate your ears with filter as well!

4. UV rays promote the formation of free radicals that are harmful to the skin. Make sure your summer skin care includes an antioxidant serum/cream to support the fight against photoaging. It should contain compounds such as vitamin C, E and glutathione, for example.

5. body protected from UV rays with a beautiful shine? Use raspberry seed oil – rich in omega 3 and 6, vit. E and karetonoids, it will perfectly protect the skin thanks to the absorption of rays at SPF 28-50.

1 In the summer we should take special care of our body to feel comfortable and fresh. Start the morning with a refreshing shower. The best way to do this is to use natural cosmetics with a fruity or mint scent, stimulating you to start a new day. Finish your shower by rinsing yourself with cool or cold water. If you’re a fan of bathing, it’s a good idea to use essential oil or bath salts such as collagen, seaweed or iodine-bromine.

2 In the summer, due to the intensity of the sun’s rays, our skin needs a large dose of hydration and protection from UV rays. Remember before going out in the sun to lubricate yourself with a lotion, cream or natural oil (such as raspberry seed) to protect your skin from the harmful effects of UV rays. To moisturize and regenerate your body, use a lotion preferably with a light texture, such as one with eucalyptus extract or aloe vera, which will also leave you feeling cool.

3. also remember to rub off dead skin, perform a full body scrub periodically. For this you can use ready-made cosmetics or homemade ways, such as coffee scrub.

1. the use of salt and sugar in our daily diet has long been abandoned, but we are increasingly using them for external body care!
To prevent ingrown hairs, use body scrubs preferably salt scrubs, because in addition to getting rid of the horny layer, they will perfectly nourish and soften the skin, so the hair can break through the skin and will not ingrown.

(2) To avoid an uncomfortable post-epilation experience, try the sugar paste method of hair elimination. During this procedure, the hair is plucked out in the direction of hair growth, not under the hair as in waxing, which means that the hair follicle is not torn apart, which in turn gives us much more comfort.

3. very important on vacation and during the summer season are the intervals between three activities! I am referring here to body peeling, depilation and tanning.
We start peeling as soon as the skin is thoroughly healed after depilation, which is preferably a few days, exactly the same with tanning – but the number of days is an individual matter.
Sugar depilation can also be safely considered a peeling – what’s too much is not healthy 🙂
Before the depilation procedure itself, you should also not peel and sunbathe, let’s take a break for a few days.
