Pause in Garden – Saturday morning, beautiful weather, nice place, great girls and theme WOMEN, was our first group meeting with Ms. Olga Swiderska of Self Corner, at a coaching and development workshop, for FBI Ambassadors. As it sounds…. development workshop, and surprisingly really developmental.

The theme of the meeting FEMALE, women themselves what to talk about, after all, it is us, and yet each of us discovered something new for herself, something so obvious that by women invisible, unnoticed, overlooked. And femininity is me, it’s you, it’s her. KPromiscuity is the individuality of each of us. I for myself discovered that I am, that I exist. I realized that I was forgetting myself, giving my life to others in its entirety, even when it is not needed, it could soon become a burden. These others are, of course, my loved ones. In my case, this DISCOVERY will allow me to look at myself differently, to notice my needs. The greatest happiness for me is that I have not yet entered the stage of resentment, bitterness. Yes, it was at this meeting that I realized that in a few years I could resent the whole world, that children, grandchildren have their own lives and I am no longer needed. I know several people with such an attitude.

AND I ENTERED THE NEXT, MORE INTERESTING STAGE OF LIFE.

The stage where I should develop the new tasks I have found for myself, interests and look for the next ones. I should pay attention to my health, to my fitness. I am still needed by my loved ones, only differently. They want to see me satisfied, happy. I need myself satisfied, joyful, my femininity is me and my life.

The meeting of so many women who are complete strangers to each other ( no longer strangers, already friends), the incredible tact and skill of Ms. Olga created such an atmosphere that there were laughs, there were tears, there was joy and there was sadness. So many women, age range 20 – 56, that’s almost three generations, and yet we were able to talk. Most of us were sincere. We opened up to each other in a way that was almost unbelievable. Ms. Olga is able to create an atmosphere of warmth, openness, conduct the conversation so that all boundaries disappear. Age, experience, knowledge were important but secondary. The first plan became the desire to talk, the desire to share themselves, their experiences, worries and joys. An honest recounting of one’s experiences, experiences, is purifying and at the same time enriching. We are so different and yet so similar. It’s like a confession for which there is no repentance, because there was no sin. There was also no dithering, tearing up the past, looking for someone to blame. Instead, there was support, there was looking for the good for the future. Learning to find in the past only what will strengthen us in the future.

I, for one, am already looking forward to the next workshop, I hope that this time the conservative colleagues will also be able to open up and share their joys or worries.
