{"id":3450,"date":"2024-01-06T12:48:44","date_gmt":"2024-01-06T12:48:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medyczne-fbi.pl\/?p=3450"},"modified":"2026-02-27T23:12:24","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T23:12:24","slug":"telegram-with-a-surprise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medyczne-fbi.pl\/en\/blog\/telegram-with-a-surprise\/","title":{"rendered":"Telegram with a surprise"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Highlights<\/h2>\n<p>On the night from Sunday to Monday I received a TELEGRAM via FB  <em>&#8211; Here night surprise &#8211; We cordially invite you on Tuesday at 18 o&#8217;clock to the Institute \ud83d\ude09 We organize a women&#8217;s evening in the SPA \ud83d\ude09 sauna, massage or sound therapy (gongs and Tibetan bowls). Book a minimum of 2 hours and a lot of good mood <\/em>  ..;)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wow this is called a real surprise and on top of that what a wonderful message!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tuesday night turned out to be a truly wonderful evening &#8211; a relaxing massage was performed alternately by two ladies from the F&amp;B Institute. Both ladies massaged really great. Where you needed to press down was pressed down, where to treat was gentler there. The massage relaxed and warmed me up so much that halfway through I already &#8222;drifted off&#8221; into a deep sleep and I only remember how much I don&#8217;t want to wake up \ud83d\ude42   <\/p>\n<p>And best of all, it&#8217;s not the end of the evening.<\/p>\n<p>Another portion of the surprise was a sound massage performed by Monika Doroszkiewicz. I was incredibly curious about the sensations because I had never before encountered a massage using sound bowls&#8230;It&#8217;s hard to describe the sensations but I&#8217;ll try &#8211; I think that in my case the sound massage worked like a massage of body and mind together. At one point the pain accumulated in my head, then gradually, during the successive sounds it dissipated, until my head completely freed up and I gained lightness.
