Once associated with the age of puberty, it is now becoming a trouble that spends sleep in the middle age group. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In this short article, we will focus on its causes, mainly from a female perspective. And these causes can be many: <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>The issue may be, for example, hormonal imbalance, associated with an increase in androgens, or male sex hormones.<\/li>\n<li>The substrate may simply be genetic.<\/li>\n<li>The cause is often an improper diet and so-called &#8222;fast food&#8221; on the town. This goes hand in hand with a lack of time for thoughtful grocery shopping or cooking something leisurely at home. And all this results in the fact that we mostly serve ourselves fatty foods, fast food, sodas and sweetened drinks, sweets, salt&#8230; The effect is easy to predict.   <\/li>\n<li>The most difficult to eliminate (but it can be done, of course) causes of acne are stress, neuroses and lack of sleep. And if this is further alleviated with alcohol and stimulants after hours, we are only adding to the stove. <\/li>\n<li>The environment in which we live also has a huge impact on our complexion. Akurat Krakow itself is not the cleanest city, and as a result, we are forced to reap the toll of this. But in addition to this, it is enough to mention air conditioning, stuffy rooms and low humidity. The mixture is downright explosive, especially for the skin.   <\/li>\n<li>Yet another possible cause is inadequate home care. When we see lumps, pimples and unspecified blemishes in the mirror, we react in a simple way. Anti-acne products hit our shelves, and unfortunately we often make a mistake.
