Highlights<\/h2>\n

The record-breaking „Grandmothers After Hours” meeting is behind us! When we announced the theme for the November event – submissions flooded our email inbox! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

We wonder what interested the participants more – talks about food deficiencies and intolerances, or about Hashimoto’s disease….<\/p>\n

Another surprise for us was the appearance of a man among the participants of the meeting – I guess we need to think about a version for men – more and more often we get signals that they would like to appear, but in the end it’s „Grandmothers…”.<\/p>\n

Among other things, you will learn in what form to eat cauliflower when suffering from Hashimoto’s, what tests to perform to determine food intolerances, and get plenty of useful tips to help you on your way to a healthy life!<\/p>\n

The meeting was led by Agnieszka Gomolinska – a consultant in integrated medical cosmetology and the new FBI Agent – Anna Jasinska – a clinical dietitian!<\/p>\n
