Here are some recipes to inspire you.     <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4189 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/medyczne-fbi.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/magda-fou-428407-300x276-1.jpg\" alt=\"Sweet and healthy sins\" width=\"300\" height=\"276\" srcset=\"https:\/\/medyczne-fbi.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/magda-fou-428407-300x276-1.jpg 300w, https:\/\/medyczne-fbi.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/magda-fou-428407-768x707-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/medyczne-fbi.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/magda-fou-428407-1024x943-1.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>(NO)ORANGE cheesecake<\/strong> (baking tray 26 cm in diameter and 6.5 cm high, 8 pieces)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PERFORM?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bottom Line:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80g whole wheat spelt flour (can also be whole wheat)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30g of fine sugar<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60g butter or coconut oil<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 egg yolk (leave the white for the (non-)cheese part<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20g of cocoa (about 4 teaspoons)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Part\u0301 (un)cheese:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">800g of Greek yogurt (that is, 2 large cups, it should have about 10% fat, 2 or 0% versions are out, preferably the consistency of yogurt should be thick, for example, we used Bakoma company)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80 g of potato flour<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60 g fine sugar<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Peel of 1 large orange + about 2-3 tablespoons of orange juice <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 protein<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 whole eggs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HOW TO PERFORM IT?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SIDE:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sift flour, combine with sugar, egg yolk, salt, cocoa and chopped cold butter, mix.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knead the dough for a while, form a ball and put it in the refrigerator for an hour or in the freezer while you prepare the cheese part.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PART (UN)CHEESE:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Separate the yolks from the whites.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whisk the egg whites (5 of the whole eggs and the one left over from preparing the bottom) in a separate bowl to a stiff froth.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a dedicated vessel, mix the yellow with sugar, then add yogurt, old peel with juice and potato flour, mix.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combine the resulting mixture with whipped egg whites &#8211; stirring gently.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WHOLE CAKE:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Turn on the oven to 200 degrees C with thermo. <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remove the dough for the bottom from the refrigerator\/freezer. On a pastry board, lay out a sheet of breakfast paper and roll out a ball\u0328 &#8211; the dough will crumble into pieces. Line the bottom of the cake pan (previously lined with breakfast paper) with these pieces and press them into the surface and combine them to line the entire bottom.  <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Put the cake pans in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open the oven and reduce the temperature to 170 degrees C and put a dish (heatproof) with warm water (less than a cup) in it &#8211; this will prevent the mixture from burning. <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour the cheesecake mixture on the baked bottom and put it in the preheated oven with the dish.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bake for about 60 minutes, at the end check with a wooden stick if the cake is cooked through. Study then in a half-opened oven for another hour.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>BRILLIANT SHORTBREAD COOKIES &#8211; SHOCK! GLUTEN-FREE <\/strong>  (about 25 pieces)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PERFORM?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">170g buckwheat flour<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">130g oat flour<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100g ground almonds (1 package)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150g of butter<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tablespoons of honey (not flat!)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon vanilla sugar<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pinch of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HOW TO PERFORM IT?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Combine flours, baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and ground almonds, mix.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a pot melt butter, add honey, stir.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones, add a splash of hot water, mix. You want the dough to form easily into balls of 2 teaspoons of dough, flatten and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bake for 15-17 minutes at 170 degrees C.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>DAKTYL PRALINS<\/strong> (approx. 26 pieces)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PERFORM?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 g dried seedless dates hot water &#8211; depending on how dry the dates are<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 g of mixed nuts\/pestles, e.g. pumpkin seeds + walnuts\/almonds (half and half).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 g cocoa<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">70 g barley\/oat flakes<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g of dried cranberries (raisins can also be used)<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">70 g coconut oil<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">coconut shavings to coat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HOW TO PERFORM IT?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blend dates and cranberries with water to a smooth paste. Add about 2 tablespoons of hot water. If the dates are dry, pour hot water over them beforehand (about 1 hour).   <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then add the flakes, cocoa, salt, pulverized nuts \/ seeds and coconut oil (if hard &#8211; melt it in a saucepan, then add to the rest of the ingredients). Combine everything thoroughly. <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scoop the mixture with a spoon and form balls &#8211; they will form more easily if you wet your hands with water each time.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Roll the formed ball in coconut shavings (you can also use cocoa).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Layer the balls on a baking tray lined with breakfast paper, then place in the refrigerator for a few hours (minimum 3-4) or in the freezer for half an hour.
