Classical surgical excision and radiosurgical (without scalpel) removal of skin lesions is performed by experienced surgeons who receive regular training in dermatoscopy and have excellent operative technique.

As they are carried out in comfortable, home-like conditions, in accordance with all safety rules, the procedures are almost painless.
The area to be treated will be numbed by local anaesthesia and a sterile compress will be placed around it. The surgeon removes the lesion with great accuracy, leaving a margin of healthy tissue, collects a specimen for histological examination, and closes the wound in a special manner to ensure optimum cosmetic results. After thin, plastic surgery sutures have been put in, a dressing or a plaster is applied over the wound and the patient is sent home. After 10 to 14 days the sutures are removed, and the wound will continue to heal. At this stage, scar-reducing ointments and other corrective procedures are offered.
